This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its transformation journey. Working across high-profile change initiatives, you will help reshape processes, operating models and technology capabilities while playing a key role in driving AI-enabled efficiencies across the organisation.

They are a leading international professional services organisation investing heavily in business transformation, operational excellence and emerging technologies. With a strong focus on innovation, they are embedding AI and automation into core business processes to improve efficiency, service delivery and decision-making.

They operate in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where continuous improvement is encouraged and ideas are welcomed. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic programmes and cutting-edge transformation initiatives.

The Role

You will:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple transformation and change programmes
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and opportunities
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
  • Analyse current-state processes, systems and operating models to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, scalability and business performance
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions, automation initiatives and process improvements
  • Work closely with programme managers, project managers, technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to business cases, benefits realisation activities and solution evaluations
  • Perform impact assessments, dependency analysis and change readiness activities
  • Support testing, implementation and user adoption activities
  • Produce high-quality project documentation and maintain governance standards throughout the project lifecycle

  • Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within business transformation, strategic change programmes or complex systems implementations
  • Excellent academic background, ideally including a strong university degree from a well-regarded institution
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex environments
  • Experience facilitating workshops and leading business analysis activities with senior stakeholders
  • Strong process mapping, process improvement and operating model design expertise
  • Demonstrable experience using AI, automation or emerging technologies to improve business processes, increase efficiency or enhance user experience
  • Ability to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value and support transformation goals
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Exposure to ERP platforms, enterprise systems or professional services environments would be advantageous
