A leading international law firm is undertaking a significant finance transformation programme designed to modernise processes, systems, and reporting capabilities across the business. As part of this strategic initiative, an experienced Business Analyst is required to play a key role in delivering critical finance systems and process improvements.
Your new role
A key focus of the role will be supporting the optimisation and enhancement of the firm's finance systems, with particular emphasis on Aderant Expert. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, helping to drive change, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a professional services environment, ideally legal services.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Aderant Expert (essential and non-negotiable).
- Previous experience supporting finance transformation, finance systems implementation, or finance change programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills.
- Experience running stakeholder workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including billing, work-in-progress (WIP), revenue, and reporting.
