About The Role

Expleo UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic Claims and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation initiatives within a dynamic Agile environment. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role involves working across multiple workstreams to analyze existing processes, define functional solutions, and produce high-quality Agile delivery artefacts that facilitate efficient development and deployment. The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex Agile environment, preferably in claims, insurance, or CRM transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, systems analysis, and requirements management.
  • Experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience supporting Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management software.
  • Understanding of data analysis, workflows, and system integrations is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements across multiple projects, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artefacts.
  • Perform current-state and future-state analysis, identifying gaps, impacts, dependencies, risks, and potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to define scalable, feasible, and effective solutions.
  • Create implementation-ready user stories and ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready for development teams.
  • Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and estimation to facilitate smooth delivery cycles.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to clarify requirements, support solution delivery, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and releases.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather comprehensive requirements and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and delivery teams, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
