Job Opportunity: Business Analyst
Interested in F1 and passionate about the power of AI & Automation?
MRJ are exclusively engaged with one of the leading AI Product Consultancies in the UK who are quite simply taking the market by storm and have an urgent need for an experienced Business Analyst to work on some major initiatives.
The first engagement will be an Automation & AI transformation programme on behalf of one of the world's leading F1 organisations. Honestly, this really is a very exciting opportunity that doesn't come around very often.
What's the Role?
Working closely with the Head of AI (Consultancy) and onsite with the client stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding how they currently operate as a business (AS-IS) and identifying high impact automation & AI opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and performance (TO-BE).
This isn’t simply a process-mapping role. You’ll help shape practical solutions, working alongside a technical delivery team that will design and build new systems around the opportunities you uncover.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
