What you’ll do
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst & Change Adoption Manager to lead the delivery and adoption of change initiatives across Notting Hill Genesis. This is a brand-new role within our Strategic Planning & Transformation team, created to strengthen our business analysis and change capability as we deliver an ambitious programme of organisational change.
As our Business Analyst & Change Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts and Change Managers, helping to turn strategic priorities into practical improvements through high-quality analysis, clear requirements, effective testing and structured change management.
Balancing hands-on delivery with team leadership, you’ll drive consistency across analysis and change activities, build organisational readiness and adoption, and ensure projects deliver measurable benefits and lasting value for our residents, colleagues and organisation.
How you’ll do it
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team, supporting their growth and performance.
- Allocating and prioritising work across BA, Change and Adoption resources, including partnership working, ensuring consistency of approach and outputs.
- Designing and implementing structured approaches for Business Analysis and change adoption including materials and resources to build capability, aligned with organisational goals embedding continuous improvement.
- Working alongside project managers, PMO, NHG Digital and Business colleagues to ensure change management is embedded in delivery.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations to understand impacts, address concerns, build commitment to change and extend capability where needed.
- Working as a senior BA on projects — defining requirements, leading workshops, and supporting testing and implementation.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of training, communications, and adoption interventions and using data and feedback to measure effectiveness to drive improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
