About the Role
A leading international banking group is seeking a Business Analyst to join their London-based team, offering you the chance to work on complex, high-impact projects across EMEA. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation across complex projects within the financial services sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to understand their needs
- Producing detailed documentation that underpins solution development
- Tracking regulatory changes across EMEA regions
- Ensuring compliance by translating requirements into actionable business outcomes
- Assessing impacts on operating models
- Communicating effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to gain consensus on solutions
- Articulating benefits of change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels

What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed business analysis documentation, including target operating models, process frameworks, comprehensive business requirements, and test scripts, to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments across the EMEA region, collaborating with subject matter experts to assess their implications and document actionable impacts on systems and processes.
- Identify and formalize changes to operating models, establish clear timelines, and define governance structures to ensure effective implementation.
- Provide robust support for quality assurance activities, including testing phases, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop structured plans and processes to evaluate the impact of changes while maintaining comprehensive documentation that adheres to audit and compliance requirements.
