Business Analyst – Sales Productivity Diagnostic & Acceleration

Contract Length – 12 weeks

Pay Rate - £36 per hour

Location – Maidenhead, 3 days per week on site

1. Purpose

Engage an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-week Sales Productivity Diagnostic to identify time leakage across the Sales organisation and define high-impact actions to improve productivity, simplify processes, enable automation opportunities and AI-driven efficiencies.

2. Context

Sales teams operate in a highly complex model, managing multi-brand portfolios, customer engagement, commercial policies, CRM, events and admin workloads. There is a clear opportunity to streamline processes and refocus time toward customer-facing activity. An administrative resource currently supports part of this workload; the scope should include reviewing the tasks handled by this role, identifying additional tasks that could be transferred, and assessing efficiencies to make better use of the available administrative capacity.

3. Scope of Work

Working closely with Sales Leadership, field teams, Sales Operations and BTS, the assignment will map end-to-end sales workflows, analyse time allocation and productivity barriers, review the use of existing administrative capacity, and translate findings into a practical, prioritised implementation roadmap.

A. Current-State Mapping (Weeks 1–3)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
