Experienced Business Analyst Wanted for Global Position Reporting Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global Position Reporting transformation programme within a commodities trading environment.
The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements for a strategic position reporting platform that will consolidate positions across multiple commodities and ETRM systems, replacing manual spreadsheet-based processes with automated reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Technology teams.
- Define user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Analyse front-to-back trade lifecycles and position reporting processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Required Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience within Energy or Commodities Trading.
- Strong knowledge of European Power & Gas and/or Oil Trading.
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycles and position reporting.
- Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- Highly organised with strong communication skills.
