Role: Business Analyst (Bank / Financial)

Location: Glasgow, UK (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)

Client: Infosys

Contract (InsideIR35)

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and business process modeling.
  • Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating UAT and managing business sign-offs.
