About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major banking organisation in London. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse existing processes, and support the design and implementation of improved business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear and structured process models to document current and future-state processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with key stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimisation.
- Support the delivery of business change and transformation initiatives.
- Produce clear business analysis documentation and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Your Profile
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong experience in process modelling and business process analysis.
- Demonstrable experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Available to start immediately or at very short notice.
- Able to work onsite at Ropemaker Place, London, 4 days per week.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in banking or financial services. You are adept at process modelling and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to contribute to meaningful business change initiatives. Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice is highly desirable.
