  • Should have proven track record in end-to-end delivery of complex payment transformation projects across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of domestic, cross-border, real-time, and card-based payment processing lifecycles, along with regulatory frameworks like ISO 20022, PSD2, AML, and KYC.
  • Practical experience with SEPA, SWIFT (MT/MX), Faster Payments (FPS), CHAPS, and major card networks.
  • Requirements gathering (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories), business process mapping, UAT/SIT test execution support, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Excel for workflow mapping and agile management.
