£44,360 rising to £46,695 on achieving proficient level after 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills to document user and customer requirements using a range of user and customer research methods
- Elicit requirements via functional and non-functional methods
- Business process mapping and modelling
- Create and support the creation of design artefacts and prototypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs
At Sanctuary there is a low turnover rate of colleagues. This is because the team are truly looked after well. There is an active training budget available meaning continual upskilling is of high importance to Sanctuary. Every member of the team will receive an IIBA licence and the department is BCS accredited meaning you will operate within a true Centre of Excellence.
