Transformation Business Analyst
The Transformation team is responsible for executing a portfolio of key initiatives to deliver the Quanta Group’s strategic objectives. We drive large scale transformation programmes across platform, advice and investment businesses while improving processes, enhancing customer and adviser experience, and enabling stronger integration across the Group.
The function works and partners closely with key stakeholders from across the business as well as third parties to support and ensure successful execution across the Group.
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong wealth management and migration experience to join the Transformation team. This role will primarily support our platform transformation and migration programme, with a focus on ensuring business, operational, client, adviser and data impacts are clearly understood, documented and successfully delivered.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping requirements, mapping end-to-end wealth management processes, assessing solutions and supporting readiness across business operations, technology teams, platform providers and external third parties. You will act as a key bridge between stakeholders, ensuring migration outcomes are controlled, traceable and aligned to client and adviser needs.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and structured, able to move confidently between detailed migration analysis and the wider business outcome. You will be comfortable working through ambiguity, challenging constructively, collaborating across front, middle and back-office teams, and presenting complex data, process and operational impacts in a clear and practical way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
