Inside IR35, Long Term Role - Coins, ERP Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst (ERP Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme. Working alongside business stakeholders, implementation partners and the Lead Business Analyst/Process Architect, you will help translate ERP design into practical business processes, controls and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document future-state business processes, operating models and controls.
  • Translate ERP design and configuration into clear business procedures and working practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with SMEs across Finance, Commercial and operational teams.
  • Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce high-quality process documentation, impact assessments and user guidance.
  • Support end-to-end testing, UAT, defect resolution and business validation activities.
  • Contribute to change readiness, training materials and adoption activities.
  • Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role within ERP, finance or business transformation programmes.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT and business readiness activities.
  • Understanding of financial and commercial business processes and controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex system changes into practical business outcomes.

Desirable

  • Experience with COINS ERP.
  • Background in housebuilding, construction, property or project-based industries.
  • Knowledge of finance processes including AP, GL, reporting and period-end activities.
  • Understanding of commercial processes such as budgeting, procurement, cost control and subcontractor management.
