Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Business Analyst / Project Manager to replace an existing external resource. The ideal candidate will possess robust business analysis capabilities, including gathering and documenting requirements, crafting technical specifications, and establishing a traceability matrix alongside test case definitions. A hybrid project management experience is essential to coordinate stakeholder calls, manage sprint milestones, and refine backlogs. Strong communication skills are paramount for collaboration across IT teams and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Identify user needs and develop functional specifications.
- Manage priorities and oversee milestones efficiently.
- Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate user training sessions and create user guides.
- Engage in project management activities, ensuring timely reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Very strong business analysis skills.
- Experience in commodities is mandatory.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle events and physical lifecycle of commodities.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in French is required.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Hybrid project management experience.
