RiverSafe is looking for a Business Analyst to support technology-led change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the business to document processes and drive practical improvements. You'll run workshops, translate requirements into clear documentation, and help keep delivery activities coordinated and on track.
This is a hybrid contract role, based 2-3 days a week in West London.
Role:
- Documenting current and future-state business processes, including process maps and supporting documentation
- Planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and surface improvement opportunities
- Coordinating activities and dependencies across project teams and stakeholders to keep delivery on track
- Translating workshop outputs into requirements documentation, process flows and status reports
- Liaising with technical and business stakeholders to ensure changes are practical and well understood
- Producing clear, well-structured documents, presentations and trackers to support decision-making

Skills:
- Proven experience documenting business processes (as-is/to-be, process maps, SOPs)
- Experience planning and running stakeholder workshops
- A high-level understanding of technology and how it supports business processes
- Strong coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple activities and stakeholders at once
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
