Associate Business Analyst Contract Roles - multiple roles
Role type 1 - Business Analyst
- Rate: £300 per day inside IR35
- Contract length: 3 months
- Location: Remote other than kit pick up
Role type 2 - Business Analyst
- Rate: £350 per day inside IR35
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Location: 2 days per month in Newcastle (consecutive)
The Role
Working alongside experienced Business Analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will help understand business needs, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of change.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business and user requirements
- Producing process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into clear deliverables
- Supporting testing, user acceptance testing, and the resolution of issues
- Maintaining project documentation, actions, risks, and decisions
- Helping ensure delivered solutions meet the original business requirements
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

About You

You will ideally have:
- Commercial experience as a BA in business change, process improvement, or requirements gathering
- A good understanding of core Business Analysis techniques
- Experience documenting requirements, processes, or user journeys
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to ask effective questions and turn information into clear, structured outputs
- A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- The confidence to work collaboratively
