Job Title: Business Analyst – Process Mapping

Location: Sunbury (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 3 Months

Working Hours: 7.25 per day / 36.25 per week

Role Overview

An experienced Business Analyst or Project Manager to lead the discovery and documentation of key administration processes across the BP Pension Fund Administration function. This role will play a critical part in supporting our operating model review and continuous improvement Programme by producing a suite of high-level process maps and swim lane diagrams that provide end-to-end visibility of how work is performed across the organization. Working closely with managers, team leaders, and subject matter experts, you will capture current-state processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, and support the design of future-state operating models that improve efficiency, control, and service delivery.

Qualifications

General PM/BA experience with Intellipen working knowledge

Key Skills

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Project Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience mapping complex business processes.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills (or similar process mapping tools).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience delivering work independently and managing competing priorities
