Business Analyst – Core Finance


Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-focused Business Analyst – Core Finance to support finance-related projects, process improvements, and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyse business and finance requirements.
  • Support finance process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions.
  • Analyse data, processes, and workflows to highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear requirements, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and delivery of finance-related changes.
  • Track issues, actions, and project requirements.
  • Support communication between finance, technology, and wider business teams.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
