Company Description

Walpole Partnership is a boutique consultancy focused on delivering end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions. Since 2013, the team has supported organisations across EMEA in improving quoting, pricing, and billing processes. The consultancy offers secure, low-risk delivery backed by ISO 27001 certification, covering discovery, strategy and solution design. Services extend through implementation, integration, managed support and coaching to help clients achieve long-term self-sufficiency.

Role Description

The Business Analyst / CPQ Consultant will work full time, largely remote-based, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to analyze and improve quoting, pricing, and revenue management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Mapping and optimizing business processes
  • Translating client needs into CPQ and RLM solution designs

The role involves:

  • Conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Supporting configuration and testing activities
  • Assisting with integration efforts
  • Providing user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption

Regular communication with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders is expected to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and process flows
  • Business analysis and business requirements skills to elicit, document, and validate client needs
  • Business process knowledge to model, assess, and optimize end-to-end quoting and revenue workflows
  • Clear and effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders, running workshops, and preparing documentation

Highly beneficial:

  • Experience with CPQ platforms and/or revenue lifecycle management solutions (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, or similar tools)
  • Background in consulting, technology implementation, or enterprise software projects

Preferred:

  • Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
