What You'll Do

We're looking for a strong Business Analyst specialising in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and complex Enterprise Product Catalogues.

  • Act as the key link between commercial, pricing and technical delivery teams, translating complex pricing structures, product hierarchies, bundling options and discount logic into clear requirements for technical teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Product, Sales and Finance teams to understand and document complex pricing rules, product structures and contract requirements.
  • Analyse and map As-Is and To-Be product catalogues, including digital/physical products, bundles, hierarchies and tiered pricing.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria, including Given/When/Then scenarios.
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams delivering Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions.
  • Partner with QA teams to develop and coordinate complex UAT and test scenarios, ensuring pricing calculations, product rules and constraints work as expected.
  • Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
