Business Analyst
London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Up to £80,000 + bonuses
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading international professional services organisation undergoing significant business transformation.
You'll work across a varied portfolio of strategic initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve business processes, assess new ideas, and help shape the future operating model. This role combines traditional business analysis with innovation, automation, and emerging AI-driven opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Lead business analysis across transformation projects
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
- Conduct process mapping and identify improvement opportunities
- Perform root cause analysis and develop solution options
- Support governance and business case development
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive change and influence decision-making
- Explore opportunities for process automation and AI-enabled efficiencies

What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, evolving environments
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and business change
- Ability to translate business problems into practical solutions
- Experience within professional services or similar environments is beneficial
