Role: Business Analyst
Location: London
Hybrid, 6 days WFO/month
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Cards & Payments domain expertise to support strategic transformation initiatives across Credit Cards, Card Processing, Card Issuance, Acquiring, and Payment Processing platforms. The role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define business requirements, analyze impacts, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Domain experience in Card Migration, Scheme Changes and any card processor is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define target-state processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Act as liaison between business users, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and solution design.
Cards Domain Activities
- Analyze end-to-end card lifecycle processes including:
- Card Origination
- Card Issuance
- Activation
- Authorization
- Clearing & Settlement
- Billing & Statements
- Rewards & Loyalty
- Disputes & Chargebacks
- Fraud & Risk Management
- Support card portfolio migrations and card scheme conversions.
- Work with card processors and scheme providers

Agile Delivery
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners in prioritization and release planning.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful delivery. Agile BA responsibilities are reflected in internal BA profile references.
