Location: London, UK (weekly 2 days onsite)
Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR 35)

Job Description:
The role is a Senior Business Analyst (BA) role that sits within the Technology, Strategy & Architecture (TSA) division in the Technology Directorate. Business Analysts enable the Bank to meet its objectives by working on technology change initiatives. Working as part of cross-functional teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders, Senior BAs are proficient in BA practices, including the discovery, analysis, validation, translation and management of requirements and analysis artefacts and create a shared understanding to ensure successful delivery of complex change initiatives.

As part of cross-functional teams and working closely with our business colleagues, BAs elicit, analyse, validate and manage and create a shared understanding of requirements and artefacts to enable successful implementation of our change initiatives. Depending on the context, the role will involve:

- Working within a project or programme in conjunction with other BAs to complete business analysis activities and artefacts in accordance with the required governance.
- Working on a product team to define, analyse, refine and enable the delivery of the product roadmap and implementation of product backlog items in collaboration with the product team.
