Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

Our London-based client is currently delivering a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong D365 Finance experience to join the programme.

This is a key delivery role within an in-flight F&O implementation, focused on leading solution sessions, driving process mapping and design, and working closely with Finance stakeholders and the D365 delivery team to support the successful implementation.

The role will require 3 days per week onsite at the client's central London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design and process workshops with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Own and drive the mapping and documentation of Finance processes across current and future-state environments.
  • Facilitate sessions to validate requirements, processes, and the alignment of the business with the D365 F&O solution.
  • Identify and document process gaps, requirements, decisions, and actions, working with functional and technical teams to resolve them.
  • Challenge existing processes and support the adoption of standard D365 F&O functionality and best-practice processes where appropriate.
  • Produce clear, detailed process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation using Visio.
  • Work closely with D365 Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Finance SMEs, and programme stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements and process outcomes into clear inputs for the wider implementation team.
  • Support ongoing solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure agreed Finance processes are accurately documented and reflected in the evolving D365 solution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive actions through to resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
