Job Description
Manage business process initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving quick-wins.
- Engage with stakeholders groups to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct process mapping to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in future-state processes.
- Develop business cases to support project proposals.
- Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients goes through a User Acceptance Testing.
- UAT to ensure it delivers on client expectations.
- Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow ups and tracking project milestones and timelines.
- Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop.

- Business analysis, process, and experience design skills across the lifecycle of technology implementation.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical details and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality documentation and design.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, agile and design methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with D365 is essential.
