Business Analyst

Company Description

Arkadikó Partners is a strategy and management consulting firm, assisting all types of institutional investors in developing and aligning business and investment strategy, sustainability, and stewardship to create long-term value.

Since 2017, we have supported clients with over USD 11 trillion in aggregate invested assets, in developing and implementing their strategies for asset management, sustainability, and stewardship.

Our clients include smaller boutique active equities-only asset managers to some of the world’s largest financial institutions, with complex organizational structures and investment activities across both public and private markets. Our deep experience and understanding of the needs of institutional investors, combined with specific and practical experience in responsible and sustainable investment, make us particularly effective in promoting value-enhancing change for our clients.

We are currently looking for a passionate and purpose-driven business analyst, who will support client projects, assisting them in tackling their most critical challenges and navigating the complex and rapidly evolving areas of stewardship and sustainable investment.

Role Description

As a business analyst, you will undertake desk research, gather data, and perform analytical work within client projects. You will participate in client meetings and present recommendations to senior colleagues as well as contributing to project coordination.

The role of business analyst carries a high degree of responsibility and independence. You will be part of a small and dynamic team, working closely with your colleagues on client projects, including: preparing for client meetings; undertaking research and due diligence; conducting market and peer analyses; evaluating investors’ stewardship and sustainable investment activities, and related marketing materials and reporting. You will play an active role in uncovering opportunities and overcoming challenges for clients.

While you will be individually responsible for managing priorities and meeting deadlines, there is a strong culture of collaboration within our team, and you will have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and industry experts within our network. You will gain experience of stewardship and sustainability in investment and an understanding of best practices in investor engagement, voting, and integrating sustainability into investment models.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
