Business Analyst Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a specialist AI consultancy, kicking off with a major transformation and automation engagement for a leading global automotive organisation.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to understand how they currently operate, document their processes and identify where automation and AI could improve efficiency, accuracy and performance.

This isn’t simply a process-mapping role. You’ll help shape practical solutions, working alongside a technical delivery team that will design and build new systems around the opportunities you uncover.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging with stakeholders across different business functions
  • Understanding and documenting existing processes, systems and workflows
  • Identifying inefficiencies, manual tasks and opportunities for automation
  • Translating business challenges into clear requirements and use cases
  • Assessing where AI and automation can deliver genuine business value
  • Supporting the design of improved future-state processes
  • Working closely with technical teams as new solutions are designed and delivered
  • Helping stakeholders adopt new processes, tools and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
