Agile Business Analyst
mthree is looking for an Agile Business Analyst for one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories. Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant IT experience, including exposure to Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Functional Testing.
- Extensive Payments domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience with ISO 20022 is an advantage.
- Prior Business Analysis/Consulting experience in Corporate Internet Banking, Payments, or Corporate Channels is preferred.
- Good understanding of Banking Payment Systems and the Banking domain.
- Knowledge of payment systems such as SEPA, NACHA, and RTP is preferred.
- Experience with XML, SWIFT, and other industry-standard formats/frameworks is preferred.
- Experience working with low-value, file-based payment processing systems.
- Prior experience working in Agile methodology.
- Understanding of story slicing and experience with story point estimation.
- JIRA and Visio experience is mandatory.
- Awareness of protocols such as Connect, FTPS, and SFTP is desirable.
- Experience with BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) is preferred.
