Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Analyst – Data, Insights & Workforce Management (Global Trade Services)
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence? Join FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) as a Business Analyst supporting a strategic transformation initiative focused on workforce management, operational visibility, data governance, and intelligent decision-making across Europe.
In this role, you will partner with Operations, Planning & Engineering, Technology, Compliance, and Data & AI teams to deliver reporting solutions, workforce management capabilities, AI governance processes, and data-driven business improvements. You will help shape how Clearance operations leverage data, analytics, and modern digital tools to improve productivity, service levels, compliance, and customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Data & AI teams to identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, workforce management, and transformation initiatives.
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and operational performance reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements for Workforce Management capabilities including Forecasting & Scheduling, Time & Attendance Tracking, Performance Management & Analytics, Employee Self-Service, and Compliance & Risk Management solutions.
- Support AI governance and compliance activities, including documentation, controls, and audit requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, user testing, and adoption activities.
- Translate business challenges into scalable data, reporting, and technology solutions.
- Support implementation of strategic workforce management, telephony, and operational performance initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and requirements discussions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution adoption, and change management activities.

What Do You Bring With You
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert complex business challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or business intelligence platforms.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics concepts.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, machine learning, or AI governance frameworks.
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience within logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade is an advantage.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
