At Kerv we harness the power of technology for the good of our people, our customers, our society and our planet. Technology is the enabler; impact is how we judge success.
As a certified B Corp and Great Place To Work, we care deeply about how we show up for our people, our customers and the world around us. These aren’t badges for us, they reflect how we work every day and the standards we hold ourselves to.
With more than 900 specialists and over 1,600 technical certifications, we are bringing together expertise across cloud, AI, compliance, data, customer experience and business applications. Working as one connected team, we solve complex challenges and stay accountable from strategy through to delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement.
We help organisations build secure, well governed foundations, leverage more from their technology and unlock new opportunities through innovation and AI. Our focus is on making technology work in the real world and delivering lasting value.
THE ROLE
You’ll be part of the Business Analyst team in Kerv Digital.
At Kerv Digital, we help organisations unlock the power of technology to transform how they work, engage customers and drive business value. We combine deep expertise across Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, AI, DevOps, Data and cloud technologies. With a strong focus on outcomes and real-world value, we make digital transformation feel tangible, purposeful and fast-moving.
We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join us and support the delivery of digital transformation projects across our customer base.
This is primarily a Business Analysis role rather than a technical configuration or development role. We are looking for someone who can understand business problems, work closely with users and stakeholders, define clear requirements, and help delivery teams translate those requirements into effective digital services.
The role will initially support a Microsoft Power Platform and Power Pages project, so experience working on digital applications, portals, workflow solutions or similar technology-enabled transformation projects would be beneficial. Previous Dynamics 365 experience is not required.
Typical Responsibilities and deliverables will include:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate techniques, both remotely and in person, within an Agile delivery environment.
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.
- Creating, refining and helping prioritise a structured delivery backlog alongside Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers and other delivery team members.
- Understanding existing business processes and identifying opportunities for simplification, process improvement and automation.
- Mapping current and future-state business processes and user journeys.
- Capturing data requirements, business rules, validation requirements and dependencies.
- Supporting the definition of digital user journeys, including internal users and external users accessing web-based services or portals.
- Working with stakeholders to define requirements around forms, workflow, notifications, access, authentication and information capture where appropriate.
- Influencing, managing and analysing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and champion for agreed business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Creating clear and effective documentation for both business and technical audiences.
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensuring requirements remain traceable from initial discovery through to implementation and acceptance.
- Challenging requirements constructively to ensure that delivered functionality provides genuine business and user value.
- Developing a working understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and Dataverse, in order to work effectively with technical delivery teams.
- Managing multiple priorities and helping ensure agreed delivery timescales are achieved.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
