Business Analyst - Contract
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Contract: Immediate start - March 2027
Engagement: Contract
Hours: Full-time
We’re supporting a global organisation with the appointment of an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation programme.
The successful candidate will work across multiple initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand current processes, define future-state requirements and support the delivery of business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business and process workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation.
- Support requirements prioritisation and backlog management.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination and issue tracking.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project delivery.
- Assist with change readiness and user enablement activities.
- Identify and document business process risks, dependencies and potential impacts.
- Provide regular updates and documentation to programme and project stakeholders.

Experience Required
- 6–8 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Experience creating BRDs, process documentation and requirements specifications.
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementations and UAT.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and future-state process design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across both business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills.

Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
Experience with Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations or regulatory systems/processes would be particularly beneficial.
