Job Title: Business Analyst-Investment Banking
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days/week WFO)
Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)
JOB DETAILS:
Particularly looking for candidates with Investment Banking, Data Governance and Reference Data experience.
Strong stakeholder management and experience working in complex regulatory environments would also be beneficial.
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong Investment Banking domain expertise to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and facilitate discussions with business users and cross-functional teams.
- 8-10 years of experience in Business analysis within Investment Banking
- Expertise in defining technology and operational-business process frameworks
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and business/data mapping.
- Ability to independently lead requirement gathering sessions and functional discussions with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of driving discussions and requirements to closure with minimal supervision.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
