Your Role And Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical specifications.
- Process Modelling: Map existing and future business workflows, systems, and data structures.
- Data Analysis: Analyze commercial data, metrics, and trends using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Solution Validation: Plan and oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance of new processes or systems.
- Change Management: Assess the risks, costs, and benefits of proposed changes and support teams during transition

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Core Technical Skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to work with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to review data.
- Process Mapping: Knowledge of frameworks like BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) and UML.
- Requirements Writing: Skill in turning business needs into clear technical documents or user stories.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
