Qurated are supporting a leading property management company in their search for a Business Analyst. Paying up to £55,000 - remote

The successful candidate will

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications
  • Support system implementations, integrations, and data migration activities
  • Facilitate workshops and drive process improvement initiatives across the business
  • Develop and execute test plans, manage defects, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Help improve system performance, data quality, and operational efficiency
  • Work as part of a small, dynamic team, taking ownership of deliverables and contributing to business change initiatives

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid Business Analyst/Test Analyst role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience with software testing, UAT, and defect management
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies
  • Experience within property management, lettings, real estate, or a related sector would be advantageous
