Your new company

A leading Higher Education institution is entering a critical phase of its Banner SaaS implementation and is looking to strengthen the programme team with an experienced Business Analyst / Systems Analyst. This is a fully remote contract opportunity offering the chance to make a tangible impact on a major transformation programme.

Your new role

You'll support the ongoing rollout of Banner SaaS, working closely with stakeholders to understand, challenge and improve business processes. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between system capability and operational delivery, ensuring the university maximises the value of its Banner investment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience working with Ellucian Banner, ideally within implementation or transformation programmes.
  • Strong Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis experience.
  • A track record of driving process improvement and challenging existing ways of working.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
  • Higher Education experience would be highly advantageous.
