Business Analyst – EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations

📍 London | Hybrid, 3 days onsite
🗓 12-month contract | Expected start: first week of November
💷 £42 per hour PAYE, plus a 15% company bonus
↗️ Possible extension | Two interview rounds

We’re recruiting for a strategic, data-driven Business Analyst to join a global technology company’s EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team.

You’ll help shape business decisions by turning complex data into clear recommendations, bringing regional market insight into global go-to-market planning, and working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse data to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop objective, actionable recommendations that inform decisions and improve business performance.
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support business direction and resource allocation.
  • Bring EMEA market context and local execution needs into global go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the regional perspective in global discussions, sharing insight on market dynamics and product opportunities.
  • Communicate findings to leadership through clear, compelling narratives.
  • Align regional and global teams around strategies grounded in local market realities.
  • Use AI and automation to improve analytical workflows, with attention to responsible and reliable use.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years’ experience leading strategy and operations work in consulting, corporate strategy or operations, a quantitative field such as investment banking or private equity, or a similar technology environment.
  • Strong SQL skills, including experience extracting and working with data from large, complex databases.
  • A track record of using data to understand business problems and develop practical recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across commercial, operational, and organisational challenges.
  • Confidence communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate across teams, and communicate trade-offs.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field.

Desirable experience

  • Technology, advertising, or media; supporting EMEA markets; or familiarity with advertising products and sales ecosystems.
  • Data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Responsible AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
  • Building AI-powered automation or redesigning workflows to improve efficiency or quality.
  • An MBA or other advanced quantitative degree.
  • Ongoing development in AI tools and approaches, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration.
