Avanade Trading Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience
Track record of end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
Experience in shaping processes and solutions, including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements
Strong leadership, sound analytical skills and change management capabilities,
Coaching and mentoring of the wider business analysis team
Demonstratable stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at different levels in the organization and confidant providing legitimate challenge
Experience performing a quality assurance role on workstream deliverables
Experience working in Agile project delivery

Qualifications
Energy Trading Experience:
Experience and a strong understanding of the UK & European Gas & Power trading markets
A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including:
- OTC transactions – Including forwards, swaps and options
- Exchange traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:
- Trade capture - complex deal (PPA/Batteries/CCGTS) modelling and pricing
- Market Risk
- Risk Valuation
- Back-Office processes
- Accounting processes
- Migrating between ETRM systems
- EOD & Simulations
As a lead BA you’ll have SME knowledge, one of the functional areas detailed above to allow you to lead the workstream

ETRM/CTRM Experience
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of Endur experience
Endur skills - Hands-on configuration experience is required
Should be proficient with OpenLink Endur Base configurations/Reference Data configurations and the good understanding of the various managers in the tool.
Endur configuration for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing and scheduling
Experience testing Endur integrations (both inbound and outbound)
Knowledge of the Endur data model for transactional data, with focus on power and gas markets
Knowledge of the Endur data model for static data
