Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and success metrics
- Analyze operational, customer, and product data for trends and opportunities
- Build recurring reports, dashboards, and concise decision-support materials
- Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- Validate data quality and investigate unexpected results
- Track project outcomes and communicate findings to technical and business teams

Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with structured data
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to organize priorities and collaborate in a remote environment

Preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-visualization software
- Experience documenting requirements or mapping business processes
- Exposure to product analytics, operations, consulting, or technology
- Previous internship, academic project, or business-analysis experience
