BUSINESS ANALYST (E-COMMERCE & MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365)

£45,000 – £55,000
Lincolnshire – Office-based
Dynamics 365 / E-Commerce / Digital Transformation
daniel.massey@searchability.com

THE ROLE

An award-winning digital transformation consultancy in Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major, high-profile transformation programme spanning e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams — gathering and documenting requirements, analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. A key focus is supporting the implementation and integration of an e-commerce platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on role that demands excellent stakeholder engagement and previous experience on digital transformation programmes.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an award-winning digital transformation consultancy specialising in innovative software solutions, enterprise systems and digital platforms for organisations across both the public and private sectors. This role sits within a wider transformation programme in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — an excellent opportunity to make an impact on a high-profile project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
