Business Analyst (Agile Product Team)
Location: London
Working Model: Hybrid
Security Clearance: Current DV Clearance or eligibility to obtain DV Clearance required

As a Business Analyst within an agile product environment, you will play a key role in shaping digital products from concept through to delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, technical teams, end users and senior stakeholders, you will help define product direction, translate business needs into clear requirements, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and product teams to understand business objectives and define product requirements.
- Analyse existing processes, systems and user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Produce high quality user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation to support agile delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering activities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation activities to ensure product delivery aligns with business value.
- Work closely with developers, designers and testers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Contribute to testing and validation activities to confirm delivered solutions meet business needs.

What we are looking for from you:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within an agile delivery environment.
- Strong ability to translate user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and business documentation.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting quality assurance and ensuring successful product outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience within government, defence, security or other highly regulated sectors would be advantageous.
