Junior Technology Business Analyst
London | Hybrid (predominantly on-site) | Immediate Start | 1+ Month Temp assignment | £35,000 pro rata
We’re looking for a Junior Technology Business Analyst to join a leading global fashion retailer on an immediate-start contract in London.
This is a great opportunity for a junior BA or technology professional looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, international retail environment. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements, support projects and help translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
The Role
You’ll be involved across a range of technology and business analysis activities, including:
- Supporting the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Working with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Helping to map and improve business processes
- Supporting workshops, meetings and project discussions
- Creating clear documentation, process flows and user stories
- Assisting with testing, UAT and issue resolution
- Tracking actions, risks and project requirements
- Supporting wider technology projects across the business

About You
We’re looking for someone who is bright, organised and confident working with both business and technology stakeholders.
You’ll ideally have:
- Some experience in Business Analysis, Technology, IT, Digital or Project environments
- An understanding of requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- The confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels
- A willingness to learn and get involved

Experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart or similar would be beneficial. Previous experience within retail, fashion or e-commerce would be advantageous but isn't essential.
