Business Analyst - Laboratory Informatics (LIMS System)
London Based - Hybrid Working
I'm working with an innovative organisation within the Life Sciences sector that's looking to appoint a Business Analyst to join its Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and evolution of laboratory informatics systems, working closely with technical and scientific teams to improve data workflows, enhance business-critical platforms and support the delivery of technology solutions that enable cutting-edge research.
You'll collaborate with Technology, Data and Scientific stakeholders to drive system enhancements, gather business requirements, improve processes and help shape the future of the organisation's laboratory informatics landscape.

- Experience delivering and supporting complex or niche IT systems.
- A strong background in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements and delivering system improvements.
- Experience implementing, administering or evolving enterprise business systems.
- The ability to design and optimise workflows alongside business users and technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional or matrix environments.
Highly desirable:
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Previous experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.
- Exposure to data pipelines and collaborating with Data Engineering teams.
- Experience acting as a Product Owner or System Owner for a business-critical platform.
- Experience with Revvity laboratory informatics systems.
- A BCS/ISEB Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent).
