Business Analyst
Location: Maidenhead
Working pattern: Hybrid – approximately 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000–£65,000 DOE
About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to join a growing organisation and help improve the way the business operates. The role will focus on understanding and documenting existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and working with stakeholders to develop practical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and processes.
- Create AI agents on MS Copilot.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Identify process inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.
- Analyse business problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Support the implementation and testing of new processes and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve business efficiency.

About You

- At least 2+ years commercial experience in a Business Analytics role.
- Strong experience in utilizing Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to create Agents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent requirements-gathering and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to understand and document complex processes clearly.
- A proactive and inquisitive approach.
- Confidence working independently and with stakeholders at different levels.
