We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team!

This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and analytical support to marketing and finance stakeholders, with a focus on CWSP and AVC SP operations. The Business Analyst will actively drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to enhance business performance. By leveraging data insights and innovative solutions, this position plays a critical role in shaping pay plans, supporting decision-making, and improving operational efficiency.

How You’ll Shine

  • Strategic Guidance & Analysis
    • Provide financial modeling and analytical support to AVC SP and CWSP marketing teams.
    • Deliver strategic insights to drive business performance and accountability.
    • Support the development of effective pay plans aligned with corporate targets.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting
    • Actively drive weekly and monthly marketing forecasts.
    • Assist with the annual budget process and ensure accuracy in reporting.
    • Prepare and review journals, accruals, and month-end financial reports.
  • KPI Reporting & Business Intelligence
    • Provide effective KPI reporting to stakeholders through dashboards and month-end reports.
    • Assist with the creation and management of BI dashboards (Tableau, Excel).
    • Review and improve information flows, ensuring data integrity and business relevance.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
    • Work with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
    • Suggest new ways of reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
    • Participate in project work and feasibility studies.
  • Compliance & Engagement
    • Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures.
    • Display Hospitality with HEART service to all stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and teamwork in all aspects of the role.

  • Accounting or Finance degree, ideally with CPA/CA or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Science, or Management Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy and self-review.
  • Ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in staff supervision and mentoring.
