Join us as a Business Analyst in Financial Planning, PBWM Integration

This is an opportunity to join us as a Business Analyst in a collaborative and innovative transformation team, focused on the Evelyn Partners & Private Banking & Wealth Manager (PBWM) integration

  • Take on a critical role defining and realising fantastic solutions, processes, benefits and new opportunities to deliver to our stakeholders
  • You'll be working in a vibrant, forward looking team and helping us to shape the future of our financial planning business
  • It's a great chance to hit the ground running and make a tangible impact on our function
  • You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend at least one day a week working in the office

What you'll do

  • In your new role, you'll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan bank requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You'll Also

  • Understand the business needs and translating them into clear requirements and user stories
  • Map current and future-state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders across Financial Planning, Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
  • Identify and support the design and delivery of change initiatives, operating model improvements, and technology solutions
  • Perform impact assessments, testing, and business readiness activities
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory and governance requirements while delivering value to clients and colleagues

The skills you'll need

  • You'll need strong experience in business analytics and experience in PBWM or similar frontline teams.

You'll Also Need

  • Experience of applying internal change management or integration projects
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
