Up to £50k

Be part of a major business transformation.

We're recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Technology & Change team delivering a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme. This is an opportunity to work on projects that will modernise core business systems, improve operational processes and help shape the future of a nationwide organisation.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of IT projects, partnering with stakeholders, developers, architects, QA and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical, high-quality technology solutions. If you enjoy variety, working across the full project lifecycle and influencing business change, this is an excellent opportunity.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering technology projects from initial concept through to implementation. Working across Agile, DevOps and Waterfall environments, you'll be responsible for understanding business challenges, defining requirements, supporting solution design and ensuring successful delivery.

This role offers broad exposure across software development, system configuration, reporting, data migration and business process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Define project scope, objectives and business requirements
  • Produce user stories, use cases, process maps and functional specifications
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create process flows, data flow diagrams and system interaction models
  • Support data migration activities including mapping, validation and reconciliation
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to shape effective solutions
  • Define reporting, dashboard and KPI requirements alongside business stakeholders
  • Prepare test scenarios, acceptance criteria and UAT scripts
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and support business users through testing
  • Assist with deployment planning, cutover activities and post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with developers, QA and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
