Position Overview
We are seeking a Banking Domain Business Analyst / Functional Specialist with deep domain knowledge in Corporate Banking, Commercial Customer Onboarding, and Financial Crime to drive functional solution design for a major Salesforce transformation programme. You will act as the key functional bridge between banking operations, compliance teams, and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery and design sessions covering Corporate Customer Onboarding, KYC/AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD), and customer servicing operations.
- Translate complex business, regulatory, and operational workflows into detailed functional specifications, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Guide Salesforce functional configuration to align CRM workflows with UK banking operational standards.
- Ensure alignment of all user journeys with relevant regulatory frameworks, including FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and UK GDPR.
- Validate target-state business process flows and assist with functional walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and business readiness testing.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience strictly within Corporate Banking, Retail/Commercial Banking, or FinTech.
- Domain Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of KYC, AML, Financial Crime, and Corporate/SME Onboarding lifecycle.
- CRM / Technology Exposure: Prior hands-on experience on Salesforce programmes (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - FSC or Service Cloud strongly preferred).
- Methodologies: Strong experience delivering in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Location: Ability to work onsite in London 2–3 days per week.
