We’re looking for an experienced FX / Money Markets Business Analyst to join an investment banking team and support strategic change across front-to-back trading and treasury processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets, with experience working across business, technology and operational stakeholders to deliver high-quality change in a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Front Office, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Technology teams
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Support change initiatives across FX and Money Markets products and processes
- Map current and future-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce clear functional specifications, process flows and user stories
- Support testing, implementation and post-go-live activities
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams

We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an investment bank or financial markets environment
- Strong knowledge of FX and/or Money Markets
- Understanding of trading, confirmation, settlement and lifecycle processes
- Experience working with Front Office and/or Treasury stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile and/or traditional delivery methodologies
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
