Join a Global Digital Media Brand

We are partnering with a leading global digital media organisation that delivers engaging content and customer experiences to millions of users worldwide. As part of an exciting period of digital growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role would suit a Business Analyst with a strong background in e-commerce, digital platforms, online customer journeys, and digital product delivery.

The Role

Working closely with stakeholders across product, technology, marketing, commercial and operations teams, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, improving digital processes, supporting product enhancements, and ensuring successful delivery of digital initiatives across customer-facing platforms.

You will act as the key link between business and technology teams, helping to translate commercial objectives into clear requirements and user stories while supporting agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements for new digital products, platform enhancements and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, customer needs and operational challenges.
  • Produce detailed user stories, process maps, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX teams and third-party vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning and prioritisation activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across projects and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery progress and provide regular updates to key business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation relating to business processes, requirements and system changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across digital products, processes and customer experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
